Paul 'Pawel' Marut

Twenty five year old Paul is from Poland. He has been training in Thai boxing for five years and has competed at national and international level and became I.A.M.T.F. South of England Champion. More recently Paul's fight career has been very successful and he has added an I.S.K.A. English Title and W.M.T.O. British Champion to his list of honours. Apart from Thai Boxing Paul has trained in weightlifting for several years and has a special interest in sports nutrition. He says he likes to go swimming and is good at meeting people and making them feel at ease. He teaches regular group classes at the Bethnal Green Gym as well as some of our other venues and is also available for one to one tuition.
