HARVEY AT THE KO GYM

Hip Hop performer and TV presenter 'Harvey' from 'So Solid Crew', training at the KO gym in Bethnal Green.

He was put to the test training with Ajarn Bill Judd. His personal training was filmed for the the teenage program 'Trouble TV'.

Harvey acquitted himself really well and proved the he is truly a top athlete and natural martial artist.
