The KO Crew in Thailand

The 9th of November 2002 was the big day for the KO instructors and students leaving for two weeks of intensive training in Thailand. After three days in Bangkok they will spend ten days at the training camp on the tropical island of Koh Samui.

With two training sessions a day starting as early as 7 am in the morning, it's just as well that the beach is only a two minute walk.

After visits to some of the most ancient and beautiful sites in Thailand and the prospect of attending the fights at the Lumpini Stadium, their sure to be bursting with news and gossip for us folks back home.

They have promised to send back reports published on our forum and summarised on this page.

If anyone here would like to keep them up to date with the progress of the London Fire Brigade strikes, the tube shut-downs or the delights of our dark November weather. I'm sure they would love to know!
